CM 250 and CM 315 standard cylinders are for
offshore and marine use. These cylinders are often times used for
cranes or hatch covers in the offshore and marine environments.
Hydratech Industries was the first on the market to introduce cylinders with
spherical balls made of composite materials which is maintenance free and
self-lubricating. This composite material is able to withstand saltwater
environments as well as being able to absorb very large pressure loads
without deformation.
Choose your size and materials
Our standard cylinder for offshore and marine use is
available with several different piston rods, depending on its purpose. It
is also available with various flange and yoke solutions.
CM 250 is a double-acting marine/offshore cylinder
designed to match the rules of international classification companies concerning
a working pressure of 250 bar. (Test pressure 315 bar).
The sensor type used in our standard program
cylinders provides accurate, non-contact (no wear) position sensing in a wide
array of output configurations and application housing styles.
Our CM 315 offshore/marine crane cylinder is built to
ensure pressures of 315 bar.
We also offer CM 250 large scale hydraulic
accumulators.
